Failure to complete required preparation may require the appointment to be rescheduled.
6. TREATMENT RESULTS
Every property, pest infestation, and wildlife situation is different. Results depend on factors including pest species, severity of infestation, property conditions, sanitation, structural conditions, customer cooperation, and preparation completed before service. No treatment can guarantee immediate elimination of all pest activity.
7. WILDLIFE SERVICES
Wildlife services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Customers are responsible for repairing structural damage unless specifically included in the service agreement.
8. RODENT & PEST EXCLUSION
Exclusion services address the specific accessible areas identified during the inspection. Future damage caused by weather, construction, animals, or structural changes may create new entry points that require additional service.
9. FOLLOW-UP SERVICES
Some pest problems, including bed bugs, fleas, termites, cockroaches, and rodents, may require multiple visits depending on the infestation and property conditions. Recommendations for follow-up services will be discussed when appropriate.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Eco Mouse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
