Membership questions
What does the $100 wasp-nest offer cover?
Active members pay $100 per accessible exterior wasp nest up to 18 feet above ground. Send a photo and location first so we can confirm the nest type, height, and access. Hidden or ground nests, lift access, repairs, and other work require a separate quote. The 25% discount does not apply on top of this special.
Will I be charged just for someone to come out?
Your annual general pest and wildlife inspection is included with active membership. Any additional visit or inspection fee is explained before scheduling, and treatment or other work is priced before you approve it. Membership does not include unlimited visits or treatments.
Is pest service included in the $4.99 monthly fee?
No. The membership unlocks member pricing, priority scheduling, the annual inspection, and member benefits. Treatment, exclusion, trapping, materials, and other work are billed separately unless a written proposal states otherwise.
Where is membership available?
Membership is intended for New York properties within approximately 20 miles of our Poughkeepsie, Clinton Corners, or Kingston service locations. Customers outside that area may call to ask about availability. Connecticut properties are not eligible.
Does every service receive 25% off?
The discount applies to eligible Eco Mouse service pricing. Specialty work, materials, subcontracted work, third-party charges, and certain promotions may be excluded. Eligibility is confirmed before service.
How quickly will a member be scheduled?
Members receive priority placement. Eco Mouse typically responds within one business day, depending on route availability, weather, property access, and the type of service requested.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month and renews automatically until canceled.
